 The check from the Clinton County Tourism Grant has not been received as of today.

 The t-shirt invoice for the Hornet Hustle has not been submitted yet.

 Information Booth—The following observations were given

--not enough picnic tables

--no entertainment on Friday

--contests on Friday evening need to all start at 7:00 p.m. instead of staggering

them

--there needs to be a PA system at the open air shelter

 Booth set up went well. One large food vendor didn’t show. There were large spaces between booths that were not filled.

 Car Show had 130+ cars and bikes. It went well.

 No church service update.

 Hornet Hustle—It was suggested possibly running this event on Friday evening instead of Saturday morning.

 Parade—There were 75+ entries. All revenue was profit. We need to decide before next year whether we will charge per vehicle as several entries had multiple vehicles.

 Parking—Delphi FFA did a good job. It was suggested there needs to be someone in charge of Friday evening parking.
